Lawns and landscaping
A brown patch or a winter lawn can make a good house look neglected. We even out patchy grass and bring color back to a lawn that's alive but dull. We don't add plants, trees or flower beds that aren't there, and we leave snow on the ground in a winter shoot unless you ask otherwise and disclose it.
Color correction
Walls should look like their real paint color, wood floors like wood, and white trim like white. Mixed lighting, colored reflections from grass or walls, and camera white balance all shift color. We correct the whole shoot to a neutral, consistent look.
Object removal
| We remove | We leave in |
|---|---|
| Cords, chargers, trash cans, hoses | Power lines, utility poles |
| Personal photos, fridge magnets, toiletries | Cracks, stains, water damage |
| Cars in the driveway, the photographer's reflection | Neighboring buildings and fixed views |
The rule is simple: temporary things the seller could tidy before a showing can go; permanent things a buyer would see in person stay.
Straight lines
Wide lenses make walls lean and door frames tilt. We straighten verticals and level horizons so rooms look square and calm.
Questions
Can you remove furniture?
Small items, yes. Emptying a furnished room is a bigger edit; ask for virtual staging or decluttering in your quote and disclose it.
Can you fix a lawn in winter photos?
We can lift a dull lawn, but turning a snowy yard green changes the season; disclose it if you choose it.
