Real estate photo editing for Seattle listings

Listing photo editing for Seattle agents and real estate photographers.

Seattle listings

Seattle shoots often happen under gray skies, so sky replacement and color correction come up often. The light on the house has to match the new sky, which means warming walls and adding believable shadows, not only swapping the top of the frame. Many homes sit among tall evergreens, which take careful masking against a new sky.

Inside, soft overcast light is even but cool. We correct white balance so rooms look bright and true without turning blue.

How it works for Seattle listings

  1. You upload the bracketed or single exposures and tell us the listing's edit list.
  2. We edit one or two test photos and send a written quote with the turnaround.
  3. You approve the look, then we edit the full shoot to match.
  4. You get web and print sizes, named in shot order, in a shared folder.

All work is remote, with uploads to a shared folder and calls booked in Pacific time. We have no office in Seattle and we don't shoot; we only edit photos you or your photographer have taken.

What you can order

Edit honestly, disclose big changes. We fix light, color, lens distortion and small temporary things. Sky swaps, virtual twilight and object removal change what a buyer sees, so check your MLS rules on disclosing edited listing photos. We don't remove permanent features such as power lines, cracks or a neighbor's building.

Questions

Can you brighten exteriors shot on a gray day?

Yes. We replace the sky and adjust the light on the house so the two match.

What time zone do you use for Seattle?

Pacific time for calls. Everything else is through a shared folder and email.

Ask for a quote

The price depends on how many photos the shoot has, how many brackets each angle uses and which edits you need, so every listing gets its own written quote.
