New York listings
A lot of New York listings are apartments: small rooms, one wall of windows, and a bright view that the camera blows out. Window pulls matter here, because the view is often a selling point. Narrow rooms shot with a wide lens make walls lean sharply, so straight verticals take extra care.
For houses and townhouses in the outer boroughs and nearby suburbs, exteriors often sit close to neighbors and street parking. We clean up temporary clutter and leave the street as it is.
How it works for New York listings
- You upload the bracketed or single exposures and tell us the listing's edit list.
- We edit one or two test photos and send a written quote with the turnaround.
- You approve the look, then we edit the full shoot to match.
- You get web and print sizes, named in shot order, in a shared folder.
All work is remote, with uploads to a shared folder and calls booked in Eastern time. We have no office in New York and we don't shoot; we only edit photos you or your photographer have taken.
What you can order
HDR blends and window pulls
Rooms and window views balanced in one frame.
Sky replacement and twilight
Clear skies and dusk exteriors, disclosed as edits.
Lawn, color and object removal
Green lawns, true color and small clutter removed.
Edit honestly, disclose big changes. We fix light, color, lens distortion and small temporary things. Sky swaps, virtual twilight and object removal change what a buyer sees, so check your MLS rules on disclosing edited listing photos. We don't remove permanent features such as power lines, cracks or a neighbor's building.
Questions
Can you show the view from an apartment window?
Yes. Bracketed shots let us bring the view back while the room stays bright.
Do you work with New York brokerages on batches?
Yes. We quote batches in writing and match one look across every listing in the set.
Ask for a quote
The price depends on how many photos the shoot has, how many brackets each angle uses and which edits you need, so every listing gets its own written quote.
