Process

How a listing photo edit works

A test edit first, so the whole shoot comes back the way you want it.

1. Upload and edit list

You upload the shoot, brackets included, and tell us the edits each photo needs. A short list is enough: "blend all interiors, sky on exteriors, remove the bins in photo 3."

2. Test edit and quote

We edit one or two photos and send them with a written quote: edits, photo count, revision rounds and turnaround. Nothing else starts until you accept.

3. The full shoot

We edit every photo to match the approved test. If a photo needs an edit that wasn't on the list, such as a reflection of the photographer in a mirror, we ask before we do it.

4. Delivery and changes

You get the photos in a shared folder, in shot order, in the sizes your MLS and print materials need. Changes within the agreed rounds are included; extra rounds are priced before we start.

Your photos

Photos are used only for your listing. If part of the work goes to a production partner, they work under a confidentiality agreement. See the privacy policy.
